The article¹ to which this corrigendum refers was published in Liaquat National Journal of Primary Care 7(1): 51-8 (https://journals.lnh.edu.pk/lnjpc/ pdf/4c44a74d-10db-4315-b8df-a87a1de07be7.pdf).

There was an inconsistency in the reported number and breakdown of included studies within the “Study Design” section.

The sentence currently reads:

“The vast majority of studies (n=6) employed qualitative study designs. Of the rest, one was review (n=2), four were quantitative study design (n=4) and mixed method study (n=1) was also included in the review.”

The correct sentence should be read as:

“A total of 12 studies were included in this systematic scoping review. Of these, five (n=5) employed qualitative study designs, five (n=5) were quantitative study designs, one (n=1) utilized a mixed-methods approach, and one (n=1) was a review.”

The authors sincerely apologize for this error and any confusion it may have caused. This correction does not affect the findings or conclusions of the systematic scoping review.
